April – Introduction to FamilySearch

Our April Member Meeting will be held a week later than usual so everyone can enjoy Easter weekend. Join us on Saturday, April 27th, at the Southeast Branch Library at 6670 U.S. 1 South. Check-in begins at 12:30pm and the meeting is called to order at 1:00pm.

Denise Olson will introduce us to FamilySearch. FamilySearch is the largest genealogy organization in the world with millions of people using FamilySearch’s records, resources and services each year to learn more about their family history. Even better, all this genealogy goodness is freely available to all of us. The program takes us on a tour of the many features and services FamilySearch supports and shows you how to create your account and get started using FamilySearch’s Family Tree, Search and Memories components.

Guests are always welcome.
